I build primarily "local hero" cars. Sometimes a family member will ask if they can buy my cars. I post pictures of my builds on the Facebook page of our LONG ago closed Fairgrounds Motor Speedway (Louisville, Ky.). Months back I posted a picture of a car I built that was driven by Al Straub in the NASCAR Grand American series from years ago. His daughter asked if she could buy the car to give to Al for Christmas. Absolutely!! Anyway, the pictures below are the car and Al holding the car on Christmas. As an FYI, Al's grandson is Denny Hamlin's crew chief. A racing family.
