When I made this one, I used decals from Fred Cady, Yesterday's and the Mercury Polar Lights kit, still not 100% accurate for the Daytona winner.

I have used Novus polishes on models for years. Works great on windshields, paints and I even polish my prescription glasses with it occasionally.

Tamiya makes a pearl white that should be sprayed over plain white. They also make a pearl clear. Both in the TS spray cans.
