This is my model of the #6 Valvoline Thunderbird driven by Mark Martin
in the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the summer of 1995.
Though it was late summer of 1995 this car was actually a preview of the paint
scheme that the Valvoline Thunderbird would wear in the 1996 season.
This is a 1995 Monogram model kit built boxstock with kit decals (Again
there is heavy bleedthrough on these decals!). The body is testors dark blue over
white, the interior is grey. Chassis is grey.
