If I commission the creation of a set of custom decals, why does that set become available for the general public to buy afterwards at a far cheaper price than I paid?

I've done the research and paid the freight to have Polecat Decals do custom projects for me - and done quite well but not cheap - but then they surreptitiously offer them up for general public sale.

If someone is going to carry the hod for initiating a project which generates subsequent follow-on resales that they profit from, shouldn't that person earn rebates or commissions for those resales?
