Holman Moody race hauler with the David Pearson 66 Fairlane. Thought to be the only dual axle open hauler of it's time. Cab is a AMT C-600 converted to the "H" series with 3D printed parts, truck chassis is a Titian cabover lengthened 3-1/4" and the hauler body is scratch built. 66 Fairlane is a AMT street body mounted on a Polar Lights chassis, PPP wheels and tires, Tamiya Paint and STS decals all around. Thanks for looking.

Well done, absolutely beautiful. I saw this rig in some of the recent YouTube footage of the Atlanta area model show. Immediately took a screenshot and sent it to my buddy Duane Garner. Job well done.

You have done it again, James. Not only awesome work in fine detail but tons of it in one project. Something like this would take me at least 3 years and it would not be anywhere close to the quality of workmanship. Basically, I would not even attempt something this huge. Absolute mind-boggling build.

spotter, this and the Jack Ingram Fairmont are without a doubt three of the best looking builds I've seen in quite a while. They are all off the chart but the level of detail on the hauler is in a class by itself! WELL DONE (and then some).

John

Pass a napkin, please - I am drooling. That build is museum-worthy.

I look at this rig daily. It seems like I see something new every time. This model is simply outstanding.

Awesome build, I have been getting everything together to build the Red and White Bobby Allison version of this hauler, but it will not be near as detailed as your great build.

Bobby Allison used a H900 Holman Moody truck painted red and white. Or is this the same truck with different paint..???

What red did you use on the car? It looks metallic but I don't trust my eyes.
