I have seen a 64 Mercury and I think a 70 Cougar Short Track cars, both cars are red and I think ran the east coast area I am sure the cars where sponsored by COPPS any pictures or info will be great..

Are you talking about the Rich Somers cars??? If you google his name with FORD you should find what you want. It's how I found the info when I did these decals for the Mustang.

I am not sure if this is the same guy it may be but I'm hoping to get pics and info on the 64 Mercury and the later Cougar
