Dr. Craft saw your question and sent me some period photos of that car. I'll post the photos later, I'm posting from my work laptop and they seem to have Fotki blocked. The one behind the tire is Sun tune-up equipment, the one in front of the tire at the bottom is Clevite 77 Engine Bearings. That decal wasn't on the car until race day, by the way.

Both of those decals are on the ACE/Powerslide '65-'70 contingencies sheet by the way, I did the artwork for those but I would highly recommend it even if I had no involvement with it. Mike's is out of stock but the acemodelcardecals.com site still shows them in stock. The Sun is lower left on the sheet just inboard of the Champion Spark Plugs, the Clevite 77 is center right, just below the Union 76 balls with the white center.
