Can anybody tell me the differences (if any) between the Monogram / Revell Pontiac kits? Starting with the Chad Little John Deere kit up into the Tony Stewart Home Depot kits, they seem to be the same kits even though they are supposed to represent multiple years (1997-2002).
What kits were meant to represent what years and what are the differences?
Thanks for any info.

1996-02 the body was the same. The rear side window changed somewhat but the rest was pretty much the same. There are two versions of kits, the original one which was tooled up on 1997 and the later Pro Finish kit that was tooled up in 1999. The latter is more accurate but is harder to find, as it only had a couple of issues. _________________ Billy Kingsley

For the kits, there is difference between the nose of the kits, they are not the same between 90's GP kit and the Profinish/ 2000's GP kit. And like Billy mentioned, the side quarter windows are also difference. |
