What do y'all do with the "water jug" that is included with all the Monogram Nascar kits? It is on all of the parts trees from the 80's, but it looks like someone took some white out to the instruction sheet at some point. It magically appears and disappears as you look through the instructions.
When were these used inside the race cars and what color were they? I recently saw an old igloo thermos at an antique store and saw some similarities to this piece. If anyone has an old photo of one in a car I would love to see it! |

Good info, thanks!
When do you think they stopped using these in Winston Cup cars? I'm building Bill Elliott's 1984 tbird now, wondering if I should leave it out or not.
Unrelated note...
Maybe Nascar should go back to these, prevents the water bottle throwing incidents |
