My all time favorite car and it took 30 years to get myself to build one, and one with the chrome foil numbers.
My next one will be in the 91-93 body and blue numbers.
Monogram kit,
#2009 Light blue from Model Car World
JNJ Decals
Built as closely as possible to picture

Excellent build. Seeing him on the download made me realize what a great driver he really was. When he got to sub for Tim Richmond he was running up front with that car. It was the 25 turned into the 52. That might actually be a cool build to do and I have the kit. Something to think about. |

As far as acquiring the decals, the first sheet I got on Ebay, and then Rocketman from this board helped me with a few more sheets.
Many thanks to Rocketman! I forgot to credit him on my original post. |

Rick Hendrick had a soft spot in his heart for Independents - The vanishing breed of Owner - Drivers that helped to build the sport. Damn shame SMUT was caught up in someone else's wreck. |
