The wheel looks good but as mentioned the white letters could use a wash. I've never been able to perfect that so not gonna give advice.

A light dusting of Tamiya Smoke (not sure of the TS number) works well to dull the lettering.

That's the method I use, and it works extremely well. The key is to be careful and don't overdo it. You can always add a bit more if it's not dark enough after the first attempt.
