|
|
Wondering what everyone does to get the ride height/stance correct on their Gen 6 cars.
I use springs from Brandon Miller in the rear. When doing this, to achieve the lower rear end stance, you have to either leave off the rear shocks or build your own, that move, out of tubing and rod.
I leave off the fuel injector rail and bowl, this allows the air cleaner to sit lower and thus lowers the front of the body.
I sand down the area where the front wheels attach and just glue the wheels on there, as opposed to using the provided pins.
I leave the brakes off front and rear to pull the wheels in a bit. _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

I haven’t gotten around to a gen 6 glue kit yet. I have a few in the stash.
I do have your a screenshot of your notes, as well as Jose’s tutorial from FB. |

Not built any gen 6 cars either. Your tips are appreciated though. |
