Any suggestions using Molotow chrome with an air brush? I believe someone saying to not even bother with a primer coat-just spray over plastic- regardless of color of plastic. Does it need to be thinned? Thanks |

I did not thin it when I used it, and no, you dont need to prime, works great right on bare plastic. I just put a few drops in the color cup on my air brush. Use as low of pressure as you can and still get a good pattern. Try to get it covered in one or two light coats. Then I let it dry for several days before handling. Molotow is an ink rather than a paint, so it's a little different to figure out but experiment a little and you should get good results. I use it mainly on wheels and bumpers. Tom
