Had this one half built for years and finally got around to finishing it. The infamous Polar Lights Torino Laughing, bent the nose down and massaged the front wheel openings, PPP wheels and tires, scratch built gas cap, flush fit the rear window, Tamiya TS23 on top of their gray primer, and old decals from Slixx that went on without a hitch.

I based the build off this pic of Richard and Wendell Scott; It's amazing the contrast between the pristine factory backed Torino and the well worn Galaxie.

Thanks for looking,
Joe

a friend of mine is currently restoring his 1969 Torino and wishes to decorate it as King Richerd's 1969 Talladega. He already has it sprayed Petty Blue and the wheels in the darker blue, as Petty painted the A-Arms and torsion bars.

Would you know where to find vector files of the decals ?

The sponsor decals are easy to find, but the corect "43" and "East Tenn Ford" lettring are the harder part.

Very well executed Polar Lights build. Don’t often see the pin striped version. Looks awesome.
