Does anyone know or have a chart showing the stock colors used
for the 1968 Roadrunner? Thanks---John _________________ I hear the voices and obey |

Thanks, I am going to do a "stock" '68 before I do Petty's NASCAR Roadrunner. I am going to look for a paint that matches the color called
"avacado green". A gent I worked with back around '71 had a Hemi that
color. My mother had a Satellite wagon, 70 but it was a bit darker, think
forest green.---John

Another color question, on the 426 Hemi the engine was Hemi orange.
That would have been the block, oil pan, manifold, headers, water
pump and valve covers? I have seen a lot of images of '68 426s with
black wrinkle color valve covers. Were these original stock?---John _________________ I hear the voices and obey |
