Well I figured since I have all this down time, this would be the perfect opportunity to built some stuff for the first time in about twenty years. So I went all out and built a complete race team including the 38 foot fifth wheel trailer to haul the 1989 Ford Thunderbird. And then I even tried to dabble in the diecast arena with putting together the Ford F-650 dually metal kit made by Testors to tow the whole mess. Yeah, that's my name on the car and my picture on the hauler. I kind of went crazy and made some funny decal sponsors (although some are actually real). At any rate, this was all just for pure fun and laughs. Hope you like it, I had a blast doing it and plan on doing some other stuff since I have a ton of models to do from stuff that I have collected from over the years.

Well for those of you that have been around, the crew names are taken from The Three Stooges where you will hear these from time to time in many of their short films. As far as the Shmendrick boys (Charle Callas & Buddy Lester), they come from the Jerry Lewis movie "The Big Mouth". If you haven't seen it, it's hilarious!
There, now you young guys just learned a few things. |
