I met Delma at Daytona one year. We had his decals on a 'to do' list but never had enough interest.

Great job Lee! I'll make sure Delma sees this in the next day or two. He has been in real bad health for a while and I KNOW this will put a smile on his face.
i remember almost every time Delma left for a Cup race, people would be dropping by his home/shop right up til time to leave, with envelopes with $250 (one tire) to $1000 (set of 4), a case of Smirnoff, several cases of beer, or whatever they thought a hard partying race team could use. His racing was truly a community event. If I'm not mistaken, the Master's Inn car had one of the "swimming pool engines" in it.
