Revell kit with patto's decals. I used ace hardware gloss black with speedkote 2 part clear then used a coat of model master flat clear once the decals were sealed in with gloss to make it look as if everything was painted on. I see sometimes where others try to apply decals to a flat surface. this is a tip i got from others to make it look a bit better.

Looks outstanding. I like your results a lot on these flat or semi gloss paint schemes. Your decals are not silvering and it looks so much better.

I found that when I lay the decals on a gloss surface, on this one I then topped them with gloss two part automotive clear to give them that painted on look, then I topped everything with flat clear acrylic through my airbrush. its an extra couple steps but looks better in my opinion than trying to lay decals on a flat finish.
