Here is my restored J.D. McDuffie 1986 Pontiac 2+2. He had a long career in NASCAR. Building these cars involved a new front clip and rear glass and a new trunk vacuform deck lid. I have 2 other cars in final stages of restoring and cleaning up. These aero coups were better aerodynamically then the notchback Pontiacs. GM was desperate to catch the Thunderbirds. I really miss the good old days were the cars looked different.

| Nice work..the build looks great and yes I agree, the cars had character and looked great. |

That is a beautiful car (to my mind) and you did a spectacular job on it! The mods you mentioned are probably way above my modeling pay-grade but I can certainly appreciate the results.
Were have you been hiding? The recent cars you've displayed here have ALL been among some of the best I've seen in a while.
