Finished this a couple months ago. It's the old mold Airfix 1/72 Avro
Lancaster Dam Buster. I found the stand from a fellow modeller who
resides in Scotland, the stands are very hard to come by.---John

Very nice job and nice paint scheme. I always thought this plane is a monster as it looks indestructible and even in 1/72nd scale it looks big. |

Great work! The camo paint scheme is impressive. |

Very nice build of a great aircraft. Remember the movie The Dam Busters? _________________ Forum member since 10/25/2010 |

Yup I remember the movie. There was going to be a remake I think last
year with better graphics, more historical and changing the dogs name but it never happened. Maybe the Brits are spending too much money on their "Royals". LOL---John _________________ I hear the voices and obey |
