What decal is this? I know it's Busch (Fender in front of the wheel below Moroso) but what did they make? I've seen it on early 80's to early 90's cub and Bush/Xfinity cars. I've been having a hard time finding them on contingency sheets.

Check Busch Enterprises - Makers of aluminum cleaners and various buffing products and polishes. Located in Statesville, N.C..
Picture of one of their product bottles has the same image as the decal in question.

It was on a couple JnJ contingency sheets from the late eighties into the early nineties. I may have a couple to spare.

Those are on the Dale Sr. Wetworks #8 BGN sheet. Also I have them on a generic sheet from the late eighties. PM me if you need them.
