Was built to represent one that was behind the VW shop where I worked.
Belonged to the owner's late brother and had been trashed over the years by vandals roaming the parts yard.
He raced it on weekends. It had a 348 that came out of their dad's 58 Chevy.
By the time I went to work there it was just a hulk with most the glass broken, engine partially disassembled and left open to the weather and interior trshed but you could see what a great car it once had been!
Built from memory of what I remembered and some old B&W pictures that the boss had of it.
