I sit here in a state of mayhem. We need to move to a small ranch house so the packing of the hobby stuff has begun. Most all of my projects have been boxed up but I've kept this out to fiddle with.
Ever since I found the pics of Joe Thurman's "Dartona" I've wanted to try to model it.
I've roughed in the body mod and have this so far:
Just a small start. I needed a break before all my kits disappear into boxes but it feels good. _________________ SUMUS QUOD SUMUS |

He finished 5th in the Daytona modified race in 1979. It will soon be in a box with the rest of the hobby stuff. Hope to be setting up a new hobby room in March. _________________ SUMUS QUOD SUMUS |
