back in 1996, i had the chance to met him, at the Wood Brothers shop , in Stuart , Va.
Really kind man , he took time to speak a little with us, take pictures and sign autograph on a big calendar.

Glen certainly lived a full life -- including the entire history of NASCAR. Glad he went into the Hall of Fame while he could still enjoy the moment.

Yep, as George stated "the entire history of NASCAR" and still managed time to
get to Indy and show them how it's done up there.
Rest in Peace Mr. Wood, you've earned it.
