finished my 3rd Blaney Menards build today, did the Moen version. decided to build it as the promotional car version that was in all the early mock-ups, especially since the Moen version hasn't been raced yet. hence the Coors Light contingency, no Dex at the rear of the C pillar, and the absence of rivets on the rocker panel area. also, the black and red stripes don't run thru the Menards on the quarter panels, they are supposed to be above it, but i couldn't do it with the decals I had. based it off of a promo pic I found online.

paint is MCW Menards yellow, Powerslide decals, flat light aircraft grey for the chassis. shaved the rear springs down a little bit and lowered the front end. followed a tip from jpaul7 and removed the air filter, which let the body sit just a bit lower, and it looks better... but the real reason that this happened was that I didn't get the tab from the air cleaner into the fuel injector bowl, and it didn't sit right, so I just yanked the air cleaner off.

anyway, on to the show...

as usual, the glue on the windows wasn't dry yet when I took these pics!
