So this was posted on a Facebook page by Keith Owens.

He used Createx Florescent green and yellow with Powerslide Decals

Gravity Colors makes a fluorescent green and yellow.

Walmart carries Rustoleum flourescent green and yellow, works great on models. both are flat.
