So this was posted on a Facebook page by Keith Owens.
He used Createx Florescent green and yellow with Powerslide Decals

Gravity Colors makes a fluorescent green and yellow. |

Walmart carries Rustoleum flourescent green and yellow, works great on models. both are flat. |

Nothing a good coat of clear can't fix. |
