I remember the lower body being the same School Bus Yellow/Grabber Orange color that was used on the Holly Farms car but the restored car looks lighter and that's what Mike used for the decals. I need to see if I have a spare set of Holly Farms decals to see if the numbers are darker on that car, I might need to repurpose a set. |

Great call there, Russ.
Just did a test spray with the TS-56 orange and it's an exact match (as far as my eyes can tell) for the Fred Cady decals I'm using.
BTW, there's no reference to McLaren on the can. But a Denny Hulme-CanAm toned light flashed in my brain and I gave it a whirl.
Don't have the Powerslide sheet, but other sheets I have feature lighter colored numbers and Camel yellow is close. |

They formulated the color when they re-released the 1/18 scale M8A Can-Am car. |
