I got a chance to see the MGD Pontiac right after it's start in the Daytona 500. What a beautiful scheme. I love the Fusion. |

Think the 00 is honoring Foyt's Ford from Riverside in 65?

OT, but would be great if someone produced an accurate decal sheet of Foyt's 1965 #00 car. |

I'm sorry, but can't you see the font differences between the car and the decals? The "FORD", the "el's" and the numbers are all slightly off. And I do mean slightly, but they're noticeable.
The FORD's are simply different fonts (If the FORD on the decals were "squished down" a bit, they'd probably match). The "el's" on the decal almost looks like "ePs" the apostrophe is so thick. The word "FORD" after "el's" is much thicker on the car than on the decal. And the numbers on the car "00" are rounder on the car than on the decals, where the sides are practically vertical. |

Can we not start this childish nonsense over accurate or inaccurate decals? If a fella says try mine and you don't want them just say thanks, but no thanks. It is a hobby meant to take your mind off of the day to day grind and relax and enjoy, but to often autists critique everything here to only go and brag about it on other boards to curry favor. Knock it the f off kindly and please. Thank you. |
