I first built this kit about 20 years ago and possibly longer ago than that. I was never really satisfied with the way it turned out, which had a lot to do with my lack of skills. I built it using MCW paint and Fred Cady decals. Last fall, I bought the Powerslide set for this car and started taking it a part. I put the body in the “purple pond” and took the tires and wheels off. I repainted the car using Dupli Color Linen White, painted the wheels the proper semi-gloss black and found some white Goodyear decals for the tires. I am much more satisfied with the way this one turned out. Thanks for looking.
Here are a couple of the old build.
