Thanks, guys. I'm still learning the new camera, and un - learning the old ways, like not having to thumb the film advance lever after each shot !!! Embarassed Laughing
BTW -- The model pictured is over 20 years old; all stock Monogram decals with only a little body work on the fender bulges & openings.

On the advice of my NASCAR buddy, my wife bought a Nikon D 3200 w/ 18 to 55 lens. That sucker does everything but shine my shoes !!! Then I bought a 55 to 300 lens too. Now I just have to learn how & what everything on it does.

Sounds like we have the same lenses as well. I use mine no less than 3-4 days a week. Have fun with it and experiment as much as you can. There is always something "new" to a shoot, but this is something you already know.
I bought my D5100 as a holiday gift to myself, so the D3200 was not out yet. With 24MP you will be able to make some good sized prints and posters with perfect clarity. I've done an 8 foot print with mine (16mp) and it looks clear as day, no pixels.
