It looks great.
I like the detail in the lower grille and the rear quarter extensions. |

Your usual excellent work, Randy. I went to the Firecracker 400 in 1990 and after the opening crash that took out a lot of the good runners, this car and a hand full of others were the only ones left to compete against Earnhardt who was by far the class of the field that day. Bobby Hillin jr. was driving it at that time. One of his better runs . |

Great job as usual! If you don't mind a question, were the long "sheet" style decals hard for you to apply? While I've never attempted the Snickers decals, I have tried others and they just don't do right for me.
Thank you,

Thanks - Since these were kit decals they were a little thicker than most aftermarket ones. I used a ton of microsol and worked to gently massage the decals Down into place. I’m not happy with where monogram put the decal
Break on the top of the front fenders but I was able to get them lined up pretty good. I did have a couple of sets to work with and to cut up for some small patch areas where needed. |

Thank you for your reply. That's always been one of my favorite NASCAR body styles. _________________ "Many men fish all their lives without knowing it is not the fish they are after." Henry David Thoreau

Excellent work, to get those decals to sit down so well and to not be patchy around the joints…nice work.
There was something about this car that jus5 looked right. |

Several of those Stavola Racing Buicks would find second homes in Winston West. Jack Sellers would run one with just the Snickers lettering removed and his number 44, while another driver ( Kevin Culver ? ) would run a green & white car. |
