Not sure why but the paint keeps bubbling on the parts. I've used Rustoleum Green and Krylon Fusion Matte Black and got the same result. The only color I've not had trouble with is Krylon metallic. I managed to paint the frame green but the rest of the parts I'm doing are getting fisheyes all over the place. Even after hitting them with a splash coat and waiting about 30 minutes. Not sure what to do. |

Fish eyes means the parts you are spraying are dirty. Need to clean it with silicone remover. If you don't have one you can try a rag with thinner. Don't overdue the thinner.

I recently had Krylon bubble on me while painting something metal that was primed.
Only thing I can think of is are you washing the parts with a degreaser dish liquid such as Dawn? I usually wash before priming, then after repairs and wash again before painting.
I believe there is a release agent used in injection molding and that could be your culprit. |

I do have some Super Clean so I'll probably just strip them and see what happens when I try again. |
