Am reading the book of the Hooters 1992 500 and read this on the Havoline team taking a loaner car from the Bud team. It was the 'Atlanta' car, that Elliott drove to first place some months before.
So a red Budweiser car that if needed would carry Havoline decals of which colour?
Just one race so still use red and yellow for the sponsors, but the door numbers?
Perhaps it's been built already.

My guess would be the foil numbers left from '89, but it's a good question. |

Using up the spares would be good choice.
And front of car contingencies, not a complete removal. Use the Bud's and add or remove a few, if any, where needed. |

And this, when Yates realised how good that loaner car is.
