How would I go about this so far I have tried the Purple Pond, Brake Fluid, Easy Off cleaner (BBQ cleaner as well), Awesome cleaner, 99% alcohol.
Nothing seems to want to remove the TS- 31 or TS-14.
I’d don’t wont to use lacquer thinner as it will eat the styrene plastic.

92% alcohol has never failed to remove Tamiya spray.

Give Citri-strip a try.....

I had 91% alcohol remove TS 14 in a couple of days. I bought a cheap toothbrush to scrub the parts at the local dollar store. It helps...but actually rubbing it with my finger in a rubber glove helped more.

Worse comes to worse, you could always sand it.

91% alcohol doesn't make the plastic brittle at all

I left one body in the 91% alcohol for two weeks and it was not brittle at all. In fact I even dropped it into a bare tile floor with no ill affects.

Scalecoat II paint remover. Removes Tamiya TS paints like a hot knife through butter. Just leave it soaking in it overnight. Pricey but well worth it. Here is a link to Walthers to buy it.
