I have two of Mike's decals '71 Salvino Charger Donor kits with the buldged hood. I'd like to buy or trade for two flat hoods. |

I know Harts Parts Resin makes a flat Charger hood, possibly the MPC one. Has anyone tried this on a Salvino kit? |

I have a resin MPC 72 Charger and I tried the hood on a Salvino Charger, fit perfectly. That should mean that the Hart's Parts hood will fit as well. |

Bill, thanks for checking that.
Got a Salvino hood and compared it to the Harts Parts hood. The width is .007" narrower and the length on the outside corners about .030" shorter. Which as Bill stated, a perfect fit. I am not a Mopar authority, but I don't like the front peak on the Salvino hood, looks exaggerated. |
