Does anyone know if Salvinos plans on making a kit for these? |

I had emailed them a while back and asked if they were going to do the Buick. They said "That you never know. Only time will tell" So, I guess we will have to wait and see. |

Apparently Brett Bodine drove one at some point. Also, it was a very common body style in the Busch Series. Bobby Allison, Patty Moise, and Tommy Houston were some of the drivers that ran LeSabres. Bobby also drove one at the Calder Park Thunderdome in Australia.

Maybe Powerslide will resurrect their resin body? Mike's Decals still has it listed on his website, give him a call and see if he can help out! |

Hope the Powerslide is better than the one I have. I have no idea who did mine , I bought it off the for sale forum, anyway, it's full of pin holes and resin "Blobs" for lack of a better term. I've seen much worse, but it's not for the faint of heart. In fairness, it was not mis-represented by the seller, quite the opposite.
Im not even sure what scale mine is, the hood is molded on which I'm OK with.
I bought mine to do the Harry Gant/Skoal Bandit Busch car......it's still in a box somewhere. I'll see if I can find it and post a picture. |

I wouldnt hold my breath on Salvinos being any better than a resin one, given their history.... just saying. |
