Another excellent build, John. Everything perfect as usual. Cleanliness of build, amazing paint, and decal work.

Great looking car, as the Home Depot too.

And are you pre-coating your decals?

My own brush coated Slixx decals failed, but the bright luminous colours only, Havoline. Is normal for those shades?

May have to reconsider upcoming builds.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got the above post from Vdc, but was unable to reply directly to it. To answer Vdc's question, yes I do pre-coat the decals before I apply them. I use Testors 9200 Decal Bonder in the spray can. I give each sheet a couple of light (but completely covering) coats of the bonder to remedy the decals from splitting when they hit the water. However, that requires the decals to be cut to the shapes and configurations needed as the bonder covers up the pre-printed decal sections on the original sheet and turns the whole sheet into one big decal. If you have more questions please feel free to ask.
