finished up tonight. early Revellogram sprint car kit, Tamiya camel yellow over grey primer, Testors flat red for the chassis/cage. only mods to the basic kit were the wing supports made from plastic rod, the left rear spinner, cut and added tube to the header collectors, and the wheel covers are 3D printed and bought off Shapeways. VERY old Fred Cady decals, glad i had 2 sheets because some of them (mostly the tail tank) gave me fits and broke apart

Nicely done, gotta love a sprinter! Amazing how much the wing braces add to the overall look of the car. Did you coat the Cady decals with anything? I've never had any problems with old Cady decals, they have always seemed to hold up pretty well. |

Thanks for the compliments.
No, I didn’t coat them. The only ones that gave me problems were the tail tank color stripes. Everything else went down pretty well, just used very warm water as a precaution for releasing them from the paper. _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...
