salvinos 71 Charger. One of their kits that they made the least amount of mistakes, finally got a body right....almost.
I cut out that rediculess trans tunnel and replaced it with a tunnel cut out of a scrap MPC chassis. As a result I had to replace the floor pan.
Home cast resin oil cooler mounted in the right position on the driver side fire wall. resin cast oil filter, scratch made wire looms
Boxed in the oil cooler and radiator
Plumed and wired engine and rear end axel

Nice job! I like the engine weathering and detail and the poppy red looks accurate!
Did you have any trouble adjusting the stance? |

Fabulous build. Love the paint job. I’m currently working on a 71 Salvino’s Charger. |

Beautiful build Joe. You have the color spot on.
Hard to get a Slavinos build to look like the real thing and you nailed it! _________________ "When you arrive at a fork in the road, take it" - Yogi Berra |

Great result!
Fixing the Salvinos trans tunnel is making a mole hill out of a mountain, isn't it. _________________ Bill Jobson is my real name. |
