This is a nostalgia build of a car from my childhood. Back in the mid to late 50s we had a Ford 2 door coupe, Hawaiian bronze with a 3 speed on the column. My Mom drove it a lot as my father worked "tower work", swing shifts. The car was a 1950, as I remember the emblem with the 3 lions on the hood that the 1949 did not have. I think I was about 3 to 5 years old my parents owned it. I have fond memories sitting in the back seat staring out the window and watching the old guard rails with wire rope between them wizz by. I could have built a 1950 BUT it was a convertible. No one does a 1950 hard top coupe. The color I painted it wrong, it's brown not Hawaiian bronze. John
