I saw a video online of a guy making seatbelts from masking tape. Ok that is old news. What he did that was interesting is he took aluminum foil and made it the "meat" in a masking tape "sandwich". He then cut his strips from the two layers of tape and one of foil. The foil allows you to pose and bend the belts into whatever position you want. I had never seen it done that way. _________________ Dennis

probably tooling aluminum you can get from HL. I still have the same roll for over 12 years now. I use it on tanks for straps, fenders etc. It holds it shape very well, cuts with scissors. Even used it as flags on ship models with the decal on top of it. |
