I'd say you have figured out how to make Salvinos Lemans look fantastic. That looks like a "stock car". What decals did you use?

This was built box stock right from the Salvino's kit, so it's the kit decals. The gold is part of the decal so I only had to paint the Italian Red over Grey primer.

I made no body mods to this model. No ride height adjustments, no fiddling with the rollcage, none of that. The ONLY thing I did was to shave the wheel backs to move them closer into the body, and I do that on every Nascar kit I build, no matter the manufacturer.

Like all kits, there are little details that matter, such as toning down the white tire decals with some Tamiya weathering powder, and painting the edge of the windshield black all around to represent the rubber seal.

IMO there's nothing to "figure out" about these Le Mans kits. I've built two now and they go together very well and look really good when complete.
