Don’t think I would call that a jalopy.
More of old school modified. Nearly a super modified.

I knew it was too "clean" looking compared to all the jalopy pics I've seen.

Nice! I love the simplicity. I think people who want to get started in building race car models would do well to start with this kind of car.

As you can tell from all of my posts, modified cars of the late 50’s to early 60’s is my favorite models to build. While these were all very basic and unsafe car with lots of horsepower, they just look so cool.
The ones I do are all based on the real car and in most cases cars I actually saw race.
Finishing up another one that I will post in the coming days.
