Never used the pink primer before. Thought that the red primer would “orange” the camel yellow a bit.
Which is why i asked, because i am not really sure. May spoon test it. _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

Not sure what is recommended for the Kodak-sponsored cars, but that looks like a Kodak yellow to my eye. _________________ Bill Jobson is my real name. |

Camel yellow. It looks camel yellow to me but a bit orange-ish. _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

Well I did the spoon test with red primer and camel yellow and it’s too dark from what i can tell. So Firefly seems to be right, camel yellow it will be. _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

And by the way, that photo in the original post is slightly red tinted, you may notice in the white and metal or gray (pavement) areas. So I can understand the pink primer suggestion. Camel Yellow over a neutral primer should be fine. _________________ Bill Jobson is my real name. |

Photo taken at the Syracuse Fairgrounds DIRT mile, not sure I agree with the red tint. Saw that car in person many times, color (on my monitor) looks right to me, FWIW.
