|
|
Does any one make a current Chevy resin truck body that could be used with the old snap kit as the chassis. I have a couple of old snap kits but i would really like to build a truck. Hood would be kept shut though.I know the chassis would have to be tweeked but I bet it could, without too much trouble, especially if the hood was left shut. |

I follow Clay Kemp on Twitter and he has a Jordan Anderson truck in the works. Dunno where the body came from, but it looks like he did a lot of modifications to it. And he is a modeling whiz... _________________ ON DECK/IN THE WORKS: too many started to list...

Yes, I follow him too and actually asked where he got the body but so far no reply. I told him I would like to do a Sheldon truck and he said he liked Sheldon too. From the looks of his Jordan Anderson truck, the grille does not look like a 2019/2020 Chevy truck like they are running right now.. |

I read on Facebook he made a resin copy from a diecast of the cowl forward to get the correct year for the truck. Then hand fabricated the rest of the body with sheet plastic. |

Clay's body uses a resin copy of the diecast truck from the cowl forward. The main part of the body uses the Revell F150. The tailgate area was mostly fabricated by Clay. |
