This is supposed to be 1/16 scale decals, I think it's incorrect. I scanned this on my printer standard scan bed. Can anyone tell me what scale it is definitively? Do I need to do something different for your help?

| does your scanner print out on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet? that sheet under your decal sheet doesnt look 8 1/2 x 11. Whats the actual size of the decal sheet? |

If that scanner bed is 8.5" wide, to my eye, it looks like 1/24
