A good friend of mine owns a 94 Trans Am pace car from the AC Delco 400 held in Rockingham in 1994. All original 25th anniversary car that actually paced the race in 94. The glove box is autographed by Richard Childress and Chocolate Meyers. He displays the car at many events including having it on display at Darlington last year for the 90's throwback event.

Well, he's always appreciated the drag racing pro mod builds that I do and he has wanted one from my collection for some time. Last year I suggested to him that I could make a pro mod version of his pace car. So, after 8 months it's almost completed and ready for delivery.

First pic is the real car.

The stance is incredible. I am sure that was not easy to achieve. I love pro stocks/pro mods but the revell / monogram chassis befuddle me and I gave up trying.

I wish the heavens above that some model company would start with a clean sheet of paper and make a Pro stock chassis that is easy to build. ill never happen but I can dream..
