Well finally got one complete, then it hits the floor. Had to redo it and as I was putting last wiper blade on, yup you guessed it glue on windshield. This was for a build off on fb that was 3 months, but I think I needed more time. There is a motor but I glued hood shut. Just a shelf model for me and a tribute build to remember a friend. Not exactly the color of his but Im happy. Its indigo gold over wet sanded black primer. Looks better up close and has almost a pearl look to it. Sun ever comes out Ill get some new ones. Tell me what you think and dont hold back.

Nice job!
Hard to believe that body style is over 50 years old. One of Chrysler's best designs.

My dad had a '69 Valiant. In the mid '80s I had a used '74 Dart Sport - with the folding rear seat. While not the most solid vehicles, they were simple and uncluttered, making DIY repairs and maintenance simple. I remember changing out a heater core in like 20 minutes.

Yes they were real easy cars to work on and it didnt matter what year. Also you could change some of the parts from other years onto one car. Wish they still made cars like that. Think the only thing I have owned after 1984 was a 91 F-250. Other than that they have all been before 1984. Car I have now is a 1984 olds 88 royal. Love these cars as at one point I had 4 at the same time. If I could I would own the same amount with these.

Nice! My first car was a '70 Dodge Dart Custom. Green with a
black vinyl roof. Looks very familiar....wonder if I can convert
it to a slant 6 '70? What brand was the kit? The overall car looks
good!---John

My goof, I had a '69 Dart! I just looked at pics and the '70 had the
tail lights in the bumper, mine were up higher near the trunk lid like
the '69! It was light metallic green with a black top and had turn signal
indicators on the front fenders, a "Dodge Dart Custom".---John

Any issues aside, she looks real good. Love that color. My best friend had a Plymouth Scamp he put a Superbird wing on to. It was pretty cool looking, regardless of what you may be thinking. Wink

Thanks for the compliments guys...

JWD....This would be the perfect kit to build as a replica. Went together real nice and easy. Not to hard to change things on this kit with a little time and effort.

Adam.... I miss the old days when #1 you could tell what car it was and #2 everyone would just have fun building them the way they felt. Not to impress anyone sometimes just to have a different looking car.

I'm right with you Halfbreed. Exactly when is up for debate but, somewhere along the way, cars lost their style. Some are getting it back.
