Not sure about the 3 it could be a tribute to Dale Earnhardt who Harvick replaced as driver after his fatal accident in the last lap of the 2001 Daytona 500. The Buffalo those are on the label of the cars sponsor Bush Beer and the cars graphics are designed from the sponsors artwork, Bush Beer is using the American West in its sales graphics..
If I am not correct about the 3 someone will surely jump in and correct me...
Take Care.. |

thanx for response
i thought about the 3 as a tribute to Dale , but the graphics are quite different of the original #3s used after Dale's passing, which were HIS # 3. may be they changed while time goes on ?
for the Buffalo, i know i can't find Busch Beer over here in France , but the ones i bought in USA ( long time ago) did not have any Buffalos , and they had snowy mountain tops ...... |

I just did a quick search to confirm, Busch beer has a 4.3% alcohol content, so logically I think that’s probably it.
All through the 80s and 90s, Busch’s slogan was “Head for the Mountains” (I bet more than a few of us can still recite the jingle...), but in recent years, they’ve marketed it as more of an “outdoors” beer. Harvick regularly runs hunting and fishing schemes, and of course, my favorite, flannel. |
