Been working on the Petty 1/16 kit to do this. (Started before the Baker release!) Modifying the body to a '72 Rallye as raced at Daytona in 1972.

Nice work! I'm doing a 72 also; I just filled in the quarter window and modified the door contours. The door indents on yours look very good! |

Thanks. They were a pain but I get fixated on doing something different...they are not perfect, so you won't be seeing any macro-photos. Once primed and painted I think they will look okay.

Body Painted. I masked for the white areas of the numbers to avoid any chance of that Poppy Red showing through the decals.
